Best Companies rates Graphnet an outstanding company to work for and places organisation on three Best Companies lists

Graphnet Health has been awarded outstanding Best Companies accreditation for workplace engagement.  The Best Companies programme is a recognised standard which assesses and awards organisations with high levels of employee engagement.

The company was awarded 2-star accreditation which is the second-highest accreditation level and signifies an outstanding commitment to workplace engagement and being an organisation striving for the top.

Best Companies also recognises excellent workforce engagement by selecting organisations to be placed on the Best Companies to Work For lists.  Graphnet has earnt places on three lists - the UK’s 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies, the South East’s 100 Best Companies and Health & Social Care’s 20 Best Companies.

The application involved the workplace specialist independently conducting a survey with all Graphnet staff.  Staff were asked to answer a variety of questions and judges evaluated the responses whilst benchmarking them against other participating companies.

Graphnet was judged in eight categories including leadership, my team, wellbeing and personal growth.

We recognise that our success in providing effective integrated care record software is wholly attributable to the commitment, dedication and expertise of our employees so it’s important that we conduct regular surveys to give staff an opportunity to have their say about the organisation.

It helps us to really understand how staff feel about working here, which will help us to identify what we are doing well and what we can do to improve. We can then formulate plans to action what staff believe can make Graphnet an even better workplace.

This is the second consecutive year that Graphnet has been recognised by Best Companies, having been awarded 1-star accreditation in 2020.
