Our Commitment to ESG:
Graphnet Health Limited (Graphnet) values the environment, and as an information technology business supporting the NHS, we know the importance of creating a safe and sustainable environment. This is why we are committed to conducting our operations in an environmentally responsible manner.
Environmental:
Graphnet acknowledges the value of making a thorough and unwavering commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions from our organisational activities. We aim to collaborate with our customers and our supply chain to ensure that we work towards a sustainable decarbonisation target and are committed to continuously improving our environmental performance.
Here are a few steps we have taken towards achieving our goals:
- We are proud to announce that we are a signatory member of the Network Net Zero Community. We made our pledge to Race to Zero on 6th June 2022.
- We have submitted our Carbon Reduction Plan in line with Net Zero Targets
- We submitted our NHS Evergreen Sustainable Supplier Assessment in February 2024.
- We have published an SECR report and will continue to review this annually.
Social Value:
We pride ourselves on improving healthcare for our diverse communities, which our customers provide for, through our Shared Care, Population Health and Remote Monitoring solutions here at Graphnet.
We are also aware that this is only possible with the hard work and efforts of our Graphnet Employees. That’s why we want to ensure that, through enhancing our social value, we are doing the best we can to deliver positive impacts to our employees, communities and customers
We are actively working towards:
- Support employees through sponsorship of school, sports and charitable events
- We are on track to produce our social value statement
- We are committed to producing our Gender pay gap and Equal Pay statements.
- We aim to provide our employees with the necessary training to grow and develop within their roles.
Governance:
At Graphnet, we believe that strong governance lays the foundation for the clinical safety of our products and services. This is why we are committed to complying with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations.
What are we doing now:
- Our Modern Slavery Policy has been published in line with UK government legislation.
- We are committed to publishing to the modern slavery risk identification and management tool (MSAT)
- We are committed to producing a Gender Pay and Equal Opportunities statement.
