Graphnet recognised, once again, as an Outstanding ‘Best Company’ to Work for

For the second year in a row, Graphnet Health has been awarded 2-star ‘Outstanding Company to Work for’ accreditation from Best Companies. The organisation has also been highly placed on the national ‘Large’ Companies and Technology Sector lists, and on the South-East regional list.

Best Companies accreditation is a recognised standard which assesses and acknowledges the very best in employee engagement. This is measured by confidential surveying of employees who provide feedback on a range of topics, including a company’s leadership, managers, teams, culture, wellbeing and personal development. Independent judges evaluate and benchmark responses against other participating companies. The 2-star accreditation is the second-highest award, which signifies an outstanding commitment to workplace engagement.

Graphnet was also named as a UK Top 100 ‘Large’ company to work for. This is the first time the organisation has been assessed in this category, applicable to businesses with between 200 and 1,999 employees.

Graphnet also achieved recognition as a Top 50 Best Company in the Technology Sector and a Top 50 Best Company in the South-East Region.

This is the third consecutive year that Graphnet has been recognised by Best Companies, having been awarded 1-star accreditation in 2020 and 2-star accreditation in 2021.
